♦ Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed an additional $35 processing fee.
♦ Course books will not be mailed until checks clear at the bank, which can take up to 2 weeks – please plan this into your schedule.
Payment by Credit Card:
♦ Complete the registration form and follow the link to the secure PayPal site.

Registration Fee Guideline
♦ EARLY Registration - registration & payment received 14 days prior to start of course.
♦ Regular Registration - registration & payment received less than 8 days prior to start of course or at the door. Late registrations accepted only if seating remains available. Course book will be provided the day of course
♦ DISCOUNT – Varies according to class option, and applies only when course material & certificates are mailed to the same location/same date.
Reminders
♦ 2-3 weeks prior to class your ServSafe Essentials book will be mailed to you, along with recommendations on how best to prepare for the class. (If you would like your book mailed to you immediately, indicate this on your application although please note that a refund is not available once the course book has been mailed and * as noted above.)
♦ A few days prior to class an email reminder will be sent confirming the date, time & location.
Cancellation Policy
♦ Cancellations received, in writing, 30 days prior to start of class will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee, as long as the course book has not been mailed to participant.
♦ Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of class will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled for another class if openings are available.
♦ Refunds are not available once the course book has been mailed.
♦ Natural Solutions reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum attendance is not met; a 2 week notice will be provided and a full refund offered.
♦ Public emergencies – if site location is unavailable due to natural disasters, courses will be rescheduled or attendance may be transferred to another date/location.
♦ No Shows - failure to attend class as schedule are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee.
