Halloween treats don’t need to be filled with chocolate and candy.

Popcorn Witches Hand

  1. Purchase clear plastic plastic gloves
  2. Put a piece of candy corn or other colorful item (pepper slice; carrot sliver) in the finger of each glove
  3. Fill with popcorn, tie back shut
  4. Decorate with plastic spider if desired

Pizza FingersPizza Fingers 

  1. Bake a round cheese pizza
  2. While the pizza is baking cut red, green or yellow peppers into “finger nail” shapes
  3. Cut pizza in half and then into long slivers
  4. Top with “finger nails” and serve

Cheese Fingers 

  1. Cheese FingersSlice “knuckle lines” into cheese sticks
  2. Cut red, green or yellow peppers into “finger nail” shapes
  3. Using a dab of cream cheese, secure the fingernail onto the cheese finger

Spider Web Pizza 

  1. Roll pizza dough into a circle
  2. Top with sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese ifSpider Web Pizza desired
  3. Slice mozzarella cheese into thin slices
  4. Layer around pizza in a spider web design; Bake
  5. Cut an olive in half – one half is the body; the other half cut into strips for the legs; add to pizza once removed from the oven
  6. Alternative: English Muffin halves; Toast; Crackers

Peanut Butter Spider

  1. Spread peanut butter (or other nut butter) on CrackersBreak pretzel sticks in half and lay onto of PB (forming legs)
  2. Top with another crackerPB Spider
  3. Using a tiny dab of PB secure raisin eyes onto top of crackers
  4. Alternative: Bread circles and Cranraisin eyes; Cream cheese and/or jelly for a gooey body; carrot slivers for legs

Pumpkin Hummus

  1. Using Red Pepper Hummus forma pumpkin shape on a plat

Celery Mummy 

  1. Fill celery sticks with peanut (or other) nut butter or cream cheese
  2. Thinly slice carrots or deli meat and layer over filling
  3. Add raisin for eyes

Candy Corn Fruit cup

  1. Fill a clear cup with pineapple chunks and orange slices
  2. Top with plain white yogurt (or a lemon flavSkeleton with Yogurt Dipored one for color)
  3. Add one candy corn piece if desired

Veggie Skeleton 

  1. Try your best at creating a skeleton
  2. Add yogurt dip for a great low calorie snack.
