Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast Smoothie can be part of your weight loss solution.

Banana Almond Breakfast SmoothieBanana Almond Breakfast Smoothie

1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
2 tablespoons almond butter
Honey (optional)

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.  Enjoy!


Chia Breakfast SmoothieChia Berry Smoothie

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.  Enjoy!


Protein Packed Breakfast Smoothie

Combine and soak overnight if possible, if your in a rush just combine everything at the same time.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. Hemp seeds
  • 1Tbsp. Flax seeds
  • 12 Walnuts or Almonds
    • Add:
    • 1/2 cup strawberries
    • 1/2 cup blueberries
    • 1 Tbsp. Almond butter

Blend and wha-la – a nutritious protein packed smoothie.
